Tsuboya Yachimun-dori Street
Located right off of one of Okinawa’s most famous streets, Kokusai-dori Street is an area known as Tsuboya Yachimun-dori Street. Here, the hustle and bustle of Kokusai-dori Street subsides and a variety of pottery shops line both sides of the cobblestone road, creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
Yachimun means “pottery” in Okinawan language. With a history of around 300 years, even those who are not interested in pottery can enjoy walking around and exploring this unique, historical area.
