A market where you can enjoy Okinawan food

Nakayukui Market is a roadside station (michi-no-eki) located along Route 58 – the central road in Okinawa. It is in the perfect location to take a nakayukui (break) when traveling from Naha to the northern part of Okinawa Island.

There are shops that offer Okinawa soba (noodle soup), sata andagi (Okinawan donuts), and other Okinawan foods at reasonable prices so you can try a variety of foods. It is known for its shaved ice, which is piled high with tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. Visitors love the appearance of the shaved ice and the generous portion.

There are also lots of souvenir items available and products that can only be purchased at Nakayukui Market! If you have a chance, stop by and enjoy shopping and dining.
