The beach is located in the eastern part of Miyako Island and is characterized by a 500-meter long sandy beach.
It is a popular snorkeling spot as many tropical fish inhabit there area.
If you swim or snorkel at the beach, please be careful not to step on or damage the coral.
If you plant to visit during peak seasons, please be aware that there are a limited number of showers and toilets available at the beach.
