The tree-lined roads of Bise are located next to the Ocean Expo Park.

The lush roads seem to continue on endlessly. And the scenery looks like it came right out of the Ghibli movie, My Neighbor Totoro.

With its traditional Okinawan-style old homes and un-manned souvenir stands, the area has a tranquil atmosphere. Once you pass through the trees, the view of the clear sea and Mt. Gusuku on Ie Island in the distance that awaits is absolutely superb.

As there are rental bicycles near the entrance it is also possible to cycle through the area.

There are cafes with a retro vibe where you can stop for a short break or enjoy a relaxing time.
